We proudly stand behind our products, and strive to provide an easy, stress-free customer experience. If you are unhappy with any item(s) you have received, we will gladly exchange or refund items and sales tax – minus the shipping charges – made within 30 days of purchase. No Questions Asked!

- Completing the process will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
- If you need to make an exchange, you will have the option to reselect products and schedule through our automated system.

When will I get my refund?
If you ordered using a credit card, we will credit your account with the eligible amount within 14 business days from the date of a processed return. The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
Can I return a gift card?

All orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Once your order is packed and processed, you will receive a tracking number to your email. It takes approximately 3-5 business days for the product to leave our warehouse.
STANDARD SHIPPING ($5.99 DHL) merchandise under $40. (Free $40 or more).
- Most orders are delivered within 3-6 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) from the order's ship date.
- ALL DHL shipments are processed by DHL and shipped to the Customers nearest USPS- to deliver to your home.
2 DAY EXPEDITED SHIPPING ($15.00 UPS)

- Expedited shipping is not currently available for PO Box and APO shipping addressess

Q: Can I change or cancel my Mally.com order once it’s placed?
A: Once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or edited. Please Contact Us and one of our Customer Experience Experts will address for you.
Q: I received a shipment confirmation email, but the tracking # doesn’t work.
